5 – Do you trust this person enough to put your business’s web reputation in his or her hands?
Putting your business in the hands of a social media expert is like taking your car to a mechanic. They must know what they’re doing. Their skills should be applicable to your particular business/car. They must stay attuned to advances in their industry. And you must be able to trust them.
If you can’t answer “yes” to each of these questions, then perhaps you haven’t found the right source for your social media outsourcing. Keep looking and don’t settle for anything less.
